A real treat. Perfect location near trams and metro, but also walking distance from everything. Friendly staff, relaxed, welcoming. My simple, single room was just right for a few days. Next time I might upgrade to a canal view as the view is lovely. Recommended.
What a wonderful stay our family had here! I cannot say enough about it!!!…The hotel had so much character and our room was lovely with rich decor. Everything was extremely clean- all the staff were warm and inviting and so helpful! The complimentary green tea “hydration” station in the lobby was amazing and the breakfast… wow! I have a gluten allergy and the sweet staff baked me the first gluten free croissant I’ve had in over 15 years! Definitely stay here if you are considering it! Lovely place to stay! We had a canal view and it was perfect. Complementary breakfast was appreciated. This hotel was in the center of many things to do. It had a cozy feel to it. The lounge was pretty and they have a cute little gift shop! Just an FYI, there is no elevator. It wasn't an issue for us but good to know for those who may need it.
